Welcome To Absolute Development & Exchange Foundation

Today’s world relies on a complex network of relationships and communication among a wide variety of cultures, countries, organizations, and individuals. At its core, connecting people is what it’s all about. Bringing people together, however, takes resources. The Absolute Development and Exchange Foundation (ADAEF) is a non-profit program dedicated to providing financial and material assistance to U.S. athletes and coaches in Olympic fencing, giving them opportunities to travel internationally for
training and competition.

ADAEF helps improve American coaching, teamwork, individual competitors, and refereeing on the international competitive circuit, broadly benefiting U.S. fencing in the international Olympic movement. In addition to resources, ADAEF also works cooperatively with a variety of organizations to create, stage, and produce camps, clinics, training events, and competitions in the U.S. and abroad.

In the last decade, USA Fencing has achieved more success internationally than ever in history. Because funding and sponsorships are often difficult to secure, ADAEF’s commitment to fencing helps ensure athletes and others can pursue their dreams and aspirations in fencing. Undistracted by financial burden, we can only imagine what these talented fencers can achieve in the next decade.

Please explore our program and give us your feedback and impressions. We also welcome donors and investors, and more information on these opportunities is available here. We constantly strive to improve ourselves to help our athletes have the best opportunities possible. We hope you’ll join us in our quest.
